CFHN wants to hear how your organization wishes to further your activities in north Halton. If you are a registered charity and could create impact in your community with a financial boost of $5 – 10K we’d like to hear from you. The deadline for your idea is Thursday April 10 at 11:59 p.m.

The Community Foundation of Halton North engages in one-on-one visits and group conversations to understand gaps in the community. Through these conversations, CFHN Board of Directors can determine local granting priorities.
