Julia is a graduate from University of Waterloo in French and Communications studies. Currently, she is a student at Sheridan College pursuing postgraduate certificate public relations – corporate communications. She is completing her internship at CFHN. In her free time, Julia loves to go indoor rock climbing with her friends and watching Korean dramas.
Vanessa is concluding her postgraduate certificate in Public Relations Corporate Communications at Sheridan College. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte.
Vanessa is excited to start her field practicum with the Community Foundation of Halton North. She plans on using her skills to support a good cause. Whether it’s through social or ecological initiatives, her goal is to help people and make an impact in this world. Vanessa is creative, knowledgeable, compassionate and also a fast learner. Being confident that most of her skills would suit any organization that relies on innovative ideas to sustain its brand, Vanessa expects to be a valuable asset wherever she ends up working. Her passion for knowledge and a vast interest in learning results in a loving relationship with books. Yet, she still finds the time to try something new every once in a while. Her favourite activities are biking, hiking and laughing.
